Short answer

At level 15 of the Beep test, the required speed is 15.5 km/h: 13 shuttles of 4.65 s each. The level lasts 1 min; when it ends you have covered 3 140 m in 15 min 46 s. Completing it in full credits you with a MAS of 15.5 km/h, roughly 49 ml/min/kg of VO₂max.

At 15.5 km/h only top amateur athletes and endurance specialists are still running. Level 15 is roughly the limit of what an examiner will see in a year.

The previous level, 14, was run at 15 km/h. The next one, 16, moves to 16 km/h and counts 14 shuttles instead of 13. On this test the gap between two levels is small in speed and large in feel, because fatigue carries over from one level to the next.
